اثر تمرینات ورزشی بر التهاب و استرس اکسایشی در وضعیت کمبود ویتامینD همراه با چاقی و اضافه وزن: مروری بر شواهد موجود

کمبود ویتامینD بر طیف وسیعی از عوامل مرتبط با سلامتی اثرگذار است. هر دو عامل چاقی و کمبود ویتامینD با توسعه استرس‌اکسایشی و التهاب سیستمیک همراه است. التهاب می‌تواند به‌واسطه القاء استرس اکسایشی منجر به کاهش سطح ویتامینD شود. بر اساس شواهد، تمرینات ورزشی ممکن است منجر به بهبود وضعیت ویتامینD شود. با این وجود اثر مداخلات تمرینی بر التهاب و استرس‌اکسایشی در همزمانی دو وضعیت کمبود ویتامینD و چاقی / اضافه‌وزن به‌خوبی مشخص نیست. لذا این مطالعه مروری به منظور ارزیابی اثر تمرینات ورزشی بر التهاب و استرس اکسایشی در وضعیت کمبود ویتامینD همراه با چاقی / اضافه‌وزن انجام شد. جستجوی مقالات از سال‌های 2006 لغایت 2023 در پایگاه‌های تخصصی PubMed، Scopus و SID انجام شد. مطالعات جستجو شده از نوع مقالات پژوهشی اصیل، مروری و کارآزمایی بالینی بودند که با استفاده از کلید واژه‌های کمبود ویتامینD، التهاب سیستمیک، استرس‌اکسایشی، کموکاین، تمرین ورزشی، چاقی و اضافه وزن انتخاب شدند. براساس مطالعات، تمرینات ورزشی منظم می‌تواند به‌واسطه تنظیم منفی برخی از عوامل التهابی و کموکاین‌ها، کاهش سطح پراکسیداسیون لیپیدی و افزایش وضعیت آنتی‌اکسیدانی منجر به مهار سیکل معیوب استرس اکسایشی-التهاب در وضعیت کمبود ویتامینD همراه با چاقی / اضافه وزن گردد. همچنین افزایش سطح 25-هیدروکسی ویتامینD حاصل از تمرینات ورزشی هم می‌تواند از مکانیسم‌های دیگر کاهش استرس اکسایشی-التهاب در وضعیت کمبود ویتامینD همراه با چاقی / اضافه وزن محسوب شود.
