History:
The group as a unit of health deputy has started its activities since 1376. This group is one of the main groups in achieving the goals of community health. The target groups include: Maternal health, children, healthy fertility, the elderly and middle-aged. Geographic extension of this group is from Bandar-e Gaz to Maravehtapeh



Mission and Goals:
The group is trying to achieve its vision through using efficient manpower, strengthening intersectional coordination, and information technology as well as community participation.
