In this unit activities relating to students loans payment, issuing health insurance prospectus for students as well as their spouse and children, collective accident insurance for students, graduates' settlement, follow-up grants for foreign scholarship students are done by student affairs experts:

• Education and housing loans:
These loans are dedicated to qualified daily students listed as below:
Educational loan for single students 380/000 Rials monthly
Educational loan for married students 560/000 Rials monthly
1st note: children’s right is 90/000 Rials monthly (up to three children)
2nd note: outstanding students can achieve up to 3 fold more than mentioned amount.
• Housing loan:
This kind of loan is dedicated to qualified daily students listed as below:
Housing loan for single students 250/000 Rials monthly
Housing loan for married students 500/000 Rials monthly
Note: These loans are only limited to students who are away from their cities and families as well as don’t live in dormitories in addition they have to submit approved lease agreement.
• Essential loans:
Essential loans are dedicated to daily students who encounter financial problems after passing an academic year. Students can request essential loan only once a year. These loans are specialized as following:
Discontinuous AS and BS levels 1/500/000 Rials
Continuous BS levels 3/000/000 Rials
General practitioner courses 6/000/000 Rials
PhD and Residency courses and. 9/000/000 Rials
Note1: new students can receive up to 700/000 Rials without scoring. Also, outstanding students can have triple of specified amounts.
• goods loan:
In order to provide part of the costs of educational equipment and training aids, this loan would be dedicate to daily and PhD students up to 4/000/000 Rials, This loan will be paid for purchase of Online Stores. For more information students can go to www.srd.ir
Note: All applicants should have Email address and enter it during registration.
• Housing deposit loan:
This loan is dedicated to married students who don’t live with their families or in dormitories. They should submit their lease agreements.
These loans are as follows:
AS, BS and PhD levels up to 12/500/000 Rials
Graduate levels up to 30/000/000 Rials
• Insurance loan
Whole qualified applicant students are covered by NHS insurance, with respect to ministry board approved decisions. 50 percent of insurance premiums are paid by university and the rest of them are paid by student welfare fund in shape of insurance loan. For more information students can refer to student affairs of their faculty.
Note1: having national code is necessary for insurance applicants.
Note2: if evening students pay 5% of the university share personally, they can take advantage of insurance loan.
Note 3: no loan will be paid to students who do not have any notarized document

• Student work:
Student work is established in order to take advantage of students’ abilities to promote educational, research, cultural, service and administrative affairs. Gaining experiences, social participations, optimized use of leisure time and help to meet the educational expenses all are from benefits student work. Up to 15 percent of students can use student work facilities. Time of labor for each student can be up to 70 hour per month.
